What is Individual Therapy?

Individual therapy is a series of one-on-one weekly sessions over a finite period of time that focus on you, the individual.  We look into patterns that may be sabotaging you and preventing you from creating the life you want.

At the first session, Shanna will guide you to develop and communicate your goals for therapy and then together you will structure a program that will work for you to meet those goals.
